1. Initial Briefing Session

Through an initial meeting, in person or online, we listen closely then have an in-depth discussion around how you and your family would like to live and feel in your space. Your existing home, site conditions and current plans will be reviewed alongside this discussion to further understand the desired function and requirements of each space. We will collaboratively formulate a tailored and concise brief that informs our approach, the aesthetic, functionality, timeline and budget moving forward.

2. Concept Design

In the Concept Design phase, we establish the vision for your space, capturing the essence of your project with a strong design philosophy and key design ideas. We develop a visual direction and floor plan, setting the foundation for your space. To bring the design to life, we present a selection of images, preliminary elevations and 3D sketches (if required), exploring how the design will be executed.

3. Design Development

In the Design Development phase, we dive deeper into the details to refine the functionality of the design. We create schedules detailing materials and provide elevation drawings of joinery items and functional requirements, allowing you to fully understand how you will interact with the space.
